Frang Bardhi (1606-1643) was born in Albania, he was one of the most prominent bishops and authors of his time. Galaktika Poetik ‘ATUNIS’ Albania, the most prestigious organizaion to pay him tribute, intends to host international poetry competition to award ‘Frang Bardhi Poetry Prize 2014” to the talented poets of the world. Poets from all around the world are invited to send their poems for the contest. The last date of submission of poems is 20th November 2014, the awrdees will be announced on 28th November 2016, on the delaration of independence of Albania. The contest is a joint collaboration of Agron Shele (Albania), Muhammad Shanazar (Pakistan), Rochelle Potcar The jury consists of the following member poets and critics:

 
The contest is free, the contestees will submit their poems in English/Albanian languages to mshanazar@gmail.com, the poem must not exceed 75 lines, only one entry will be accepted from each poet, complete address must be mentioned at end of the poem but it will be omitted while being evaluated for the contest. The contestee poets are also required to submit their recent photo. For any further query please don’t hesitate.
